The Dickies Arena Box Office is located at 1911 Montgomery Street, on the southwest side of the venue and across from the Chevrolet Parking Garage. For a map of parking in proximity to the box office, please click here. Guests may park in the Montgomery Lot, off Montgomery Street, at no cost for a limited time when coming to the box office.
BOX OFFICE hours: Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Note: If we have an event on a day we are normally closed, the box office will be open at 10am or 2 hours prior to the event start time, whichever is earlier.
Dickies Arena is moving to Ticketmaster’s encrypted mobile ticketing software, SafeTix™ with it’s built in fraud and counterfeit technology. Please follow these simple steps:
- Download the Ticketmaster app from the app store or Google Play.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, tap on “My Events” to locate your order
- At entry to Dickies Arena, Tap your order to view your tickets, show your phone to get scanned and you are in!

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized seller of tickets at Dickies Arena.
Dickies Arena is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than Ticketmaster or through the Dickies Arena Box Office, and will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate, or invalid tickets.

Will call pick up is available day of show with a valid ID. The Dickies Arena Box Office is unable to accept will call from guests for upcoming shows.
For all events, Dickies Arena has a no refunds or exchanges policy. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund at your original point of sale. Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller of tickets at Dickies Arena; if you purchased your tickets through a third party resale site, you will need to contact that company directly for a refund. If an event is rescheduled and you are unable to make the rescheduled performance, you will need to make contact through your original point of sale to receive a refund.
