NORTH TEXAS CHEVROLET DEALERS INK NAMING RIGHTS TO DICKIES ARENA PARKING GARAGE
CHEVROLET WILL BECOME FOUNDING PARTNER FOR ARENA AND FORT WORTH STOCK SHOW & RODEO

Fort Worth – Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC), the not-for-profit operating entity of Dickies Arena, announced an expanded partnership with North Texas Chevrolet Dealers that includes the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. The multi-year deal provides naming rights to Dickies Arena’s parking garage and means Chevrolet will become a founding partner for the arena. The North Texas Chevrolet Dealers have also extended their commitment as a major sponsor for the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.

“The North Texas Chevy Dealers are excited to enter into a partnership with Dickies Arena for the naming rights to the parking garage, said Carey Williams, president of the North Texas Chevy Dealer association. “We have been a long time partner of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, and this was a natural step for our brand and commitment in the community.”

One key aspect of the deal is the new sponsorship of the Chevrolet Garage, which is located south of Dickies Arena. Branding of the garage will be in place in time for the 2019 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.

“We believe that the Chevrolet brand is a great fit for our venue and our guests,” said Matt Homan, president and general manager of TDMC. “Chevrolet has been a great partner of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo for years, and we are looking forward to expanding that partnership at Dickies Arena.”

“The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo is proud of our longstanding relationship with the North Texas Chevy Dealers,” said Stock Show President and General Manager, Brad Barnes. “The future is exciting for both the Stock Show and Dickies Arena because of support from Chevrolet.”

Dickies Arena will bring a wide variety of programming to Fort Worth, including major concerts, family shows, sporting events, community events. Beginning in 2020, Dickies Arena will be the home to the Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances. The $540 million project will complement the current Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum, which will continue to serve as a major equestrian show arena.
